We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM)to join a reputablenursing homein County Waterford.
Requirements: Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
A minimum of 23 years post-registration experience, preferably within a nursing home or similar care setting.
High level of clinical expertise and professionalism, supported by strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
Right to work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing and social care in accordance with nursing home policies, procedures, and recognised best practices.
Coordinate and monitor medication management processes, maintaining compliance with regulations and liaising with GPs and pharmacies for routine reviews and audits.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, encouraging continuous professional development and a resident-centred approach to care.
Perform regular clinical, environmental, and medication audits, implementing corrective actions to enhance and sustain care standards.
Act as a central contact for residents and their families, managing daily communication and responding effectively to queries or concerns.
