Who You Are
Background in poultry production or agriculture
Strong knowledge of animal welfare, biosecurity and farm management
Excellent communicator, proactive and organised
Confident working with data collection and reporting tools
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
Agricultural / animal science qualification or advisory experience (desirable)
What You'll Be Doing
Build strong relationships with farmers and provide day-to-day technical support
Monitor bird health, welfare and performance metrics
Support biosecurity, vaccination, ventilation and stockmanship best practice
Conduct farm audits and ensure compliance with company and welfare standards
Collect and report on farm data, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities
Deliver on-farm training and share best practice
