Opportunity: Service Controller

Hours:Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.

In this role you will be:
* Providing a high level of customer service through efficient control of our Workshop/ Field Engineers carrying out repairs and maintenance on equipment.
* Prioritising work requirements for Engineers and allocating work while maximising efficiency and minimising cost.
* Raising estimates for work required in the field from information provided by Engineers.
* Supporting with the deployment of Engineers, raising estimates, and supporting with invoicing.
* Ensuring machines are serviced before going out on hire.
* Liaising with customers keeping them updated on progress of work.
* Providing administrative support related to service paperwork as required.
* Working collaboratively with team members within the service team and other departments.
