It is a specialist distributor of rooflights, smoke vents, heat exhaust ventilation systems and thermoplastic materials for the construction and signage industries. It also specialises in the supply of architectural roof glazing systems.Williaam Cox Limited have a fantastic opportunity for a Distribution Delivery Driver to join the 'Plastic Distribution' division.The purpose of this role is as the sole delivery driver for Williaam Cox plastics division you will be responsible for ensuring the safe loading & transport of goods from Monday to Friday to customers nationwide and in a timely manner as per delivery dockets and agreements between Williaam Cox and its customers.Principle Accountabilities:Collections of products from warehouse and distribute to customers with care and precisionEnsure that all correct administration documents in relation to transport and receipt of goods is accurate and filedMaintain excellent care of goods during transportReport any issues with product or travel to manager asapMaintain good customer rapportDeliver items in a timely manner as per agreed case with customerEnsure to obey and adhere to all RSA regulations/ Road traffic lawsEnsure high health and safety precautions whilst in your position in all areasLiaise with warehouse manager and in turn supervisor on a day-to-day basisKey Requirements:Experience with delivering goods at least 3 yearsUnderstanding of warehouse distributionOrganisational skillsGood communication skillsManual HandlingFull Type C driving licenceDriver qualified card and CPC Compliance is requiredAt least 3 years verifiable driving experienceTaco Card holderSchedule:Monday to Friday39 hours basicFlexible working (based on customer request/demand)Benefits:Subsistence allowance (Daily)Competitive salaryLife assurance policyEmployee assistance programmeWilliaam Cox is an equal opportunities employer.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWellness programExperience:Delivery driver: 3 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:Type C Licence (preferred)Driver qualified card and CPC Compliance (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: On the road
