Credit Control Administrator
Charles Hughes Ltd (Portwest), distributor of workwear, safety footwear and PPE are seeking applications for the position of Credit Control Administrator based in our Westport Head Office. Portwest is one of the fastest growing workwear companies in the world and currently employs over 5,300 staff worldwide.
As part of the Portwest group, Charles Hughes Ltd leads the distribution of Portwest branded clothing in Ireland, supplying over 1,000 customers and employing 100 people in Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a very dynamic company.
WHAT YOUR ROLL WILL BE
* Processing invoices and credit notes
* Allocation of cash receipts
* Managing debtor queries
* Processing new debtor account applications
* General administration
* Ad hoc duties as necessary
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* Experience in general accounts or credit control
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Strong attention to detail
* Organisational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
