Job Title: Senior E&I Construction Lead
The role of the Senior E&I Construction Lead involves overseeing the construction phase of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of experienced personnel to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Detailed review and liaison with design and client workgroup leads model reviews
2. Develop and lead constructability reviews and SOWs for trade contract procurement
3. Support in preparation of detailed BOQs.
