Financial Accountant - Ireland & UK Operations
Overview:
We're hiring a Financial Accountant to support our Irish and UK operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international accounting experience and grow your career within a dynamic, multi-entity business. You'll play a key role in monthly reporting, ERP system management, and supporting group-level finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts
Support and maintain SAP ERP system (implementation experience a plus)
Process supplier invoices and manage reconciliations
Prepare VAT, Intrastat, and ESL returns
Issue and reconcile sales invoices
Manage credit control, cash flow forecasts, and bank reconciliations
Maintain customer and supplier accounts
Assist with tax compliance and external audits
Provide financial data to HQ and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified (or finalist)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
