We are hiring an Oncology Registrar to a leading Hospital in Dublin,Ireland.
Key Responsibilities The Oncology Registrar will be involved in every facet of patient care: H P Notes: Completing the patient record to satisfy all JCI standards.
Review of every investigation, including pathology, microbiology, radiography, laboratory, and hematology.
Before rounds, the oncology registrar and consultant should evaluate.
It is recommended that the oncology registrar present additional inpatients.
The Oncology Registrar or the on-duty SHO will always be in charge of managing all direct acute admissions to the Oncology unit.
will visit patients' wards without consulting the consultant oncologists.
These rounds will make sure that all labs, x-rays, and scans ordered are followed up on, that all critically ill patients are followed up with, and that palliative care and hospice plans are reviewed.
The oncology liaison nurse and other participating nurse specialists will collaborate with the oncology registrar.
Requirements Basic medical degree, MB or equivalent.
Current Medical Council Registration.
