My Dublin based client is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Controller with a min of 2 years experience of core AR experience.
This will be an 18 month fixed term contract.
The ideal candidate will have excellent credit control and negotiation skills, with proven experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines.
Strong reporting and analytical abilities are essential, as well as the capability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Manage credit control and cash collection processes efficiently.
Maintain excellent customer service and relationship management.
Resolve billing and claims queries in collaboration with internal departments.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of billing information to customers.
Liaise with operational and service teams to ensure smooth payment and query flow.
Escalate issues or risks promptly to management.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyse aged debt reports and customer statements for reconciliation.
Process and allocate payments accurately on a monthly basis.
Key Outcomes Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team.
Understanding of the order-to-cash cycle.
Customer-focused approach, with flexibility and empathy when managing queries or disputes.
