This is a role for Support Workers who can provide assistance to adults with intellectual disabilities in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include supporting residents with personal care, life skills and community activities, promoting their independence, dignity and overall quality of life. The role also involves assisting in the implementation of Person-Centred Plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.
* Supporting Residents: Provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills and community activities
* Promoting Independence: Promote independence, dignity and overall quality of life for residents
* Implementation of Plans: Assist in the implementation of Person-Centred Plans
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' needs
The successful candidate will have a QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent, at least 6 months' experience in a care setting, a full clean Irish/EU driving licence, flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and night duties, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
