Role Purpose GreenMax is entering a decisive transformation phase: the transition from a multi‑service advisory group into a regulated, multi‑fund blended‑finance manager with operations across Africa, Europe and emerging markets. The CFO will be the architect of GreenMax's financial discipline, governance, and institutional credibility, driving us towards: The fund management licensing AUM scaling to USD 500M+ across RBF, guarantees, concessional and commercial debt facilities and long‑term, patient equity Group profitability and margin expansion Enterprise valuation maximization for the envisaged majority sale The CFO is the financial steward, strategic advisor, and governance anchor of the firm.
