Manufacturing Team Lead
The Manufacturing Team Leader will oversee and direct a team of employees by communicating key objectives, safety protocols, and deadlines to the team.
* Coordinate with the production manager at the beginning of each shift to establish clear expectations for work to be completed during that time frame.
* Evaluate performance of team members addressing any ongoing issues through established disciplinary/grievance procedures if required.
