What y ou'll do:
Manage Technical Services and Cluster Sites, collaborating with Soft Services and Event Management across Ireland.Drive service excellence through innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.Oversee Technical and Remote Site Operations, managing subcontractors to deliver exceptional service.Engage with senior management and clients, ensuring full adherence to MSA, SLA, and regulatory requirements.Support business growth, identifying and recommending additional services to enhance client satisfaction.Ensure contract delivery within commercial and legal terms, optimizing profitability and cost efficiency.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sodexo as an employer of choice and upholding global standardsWhat You Bring:
Extensive experience in anoutsourced integrated facilities managementenvironment.Strong ability tobuild and manage client relationships, with acommercial mindset.Proven leadership in managingteams and multiple contractorseffectively.Exceptionalorganizational, communication, and strategic planningskills.Familiarity with Sodexo systems and processes (an advantage).Familiarity with Sodexo systems and processes (an advantage).What We Offer
