We are a fast-growing business with a strong reputation, and we're now looking for a talented, driven operations leader to join our team and take charge of the student experience and logistics side of the business.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Head of Operations / Senior Logistics Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our student programmes. This is a pivotal role within the company, you will ensure that every student is placed with the right host family, supported throughout their stay, and that operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
* Student & Host Family Logistics
* Oversee the matching and placement of students with host families.
* Manage arrivals, departures, and transfers.
* Monitor student wellbeing and address issues promptly.
* Team Management
* Supervise and support 4 student coordinators, ensuring they deliver excellent service.
* Act as the escalation point for complex issues.
* Operational Systems & Processes
* Develop and streamline workflows for student placements, family communications, and problem resolution.
* Implement tools and systems (CRMs, task management platforms) to improve efficiency.
* Quality & Compliance
* Ensure all placements meet safeguarding, welfare, and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting.
* Collaboration
* Work closely with the Sales Lead to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and groups.
* Liaise with accounts support to keep financial processes aligned with operations.
* Report directly to the Managing Director (CEO).
