Hotel Reservations Manager
On behalf of our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Dublin West, we are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join their team. This is a key leadership role within the Front Office and Revenue function, responsible for managing all aspects of the reservations process.
You will oversee a small team, ensure every booking is handled accurately and efficiently, and work closely with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue. The Ideal Candidate
1. Minimum 3 years in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in management role.
2. Proficient in PMS systems (Opera, Guestline, or similar).
3. Familiar with OTA platforms and channel management.
4. Understanding of revenue management principles is an advantage.
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
6. Strong communicator and natural leader.
7. Professional, proactive, and guest-focused.
8. Comfortable working under pressure and managing priorities.
