In this role, you will be part of a busy, client facing, professionally qualified team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a highly regarded and expanding organisation which places huge emphasis on continuous professional development and career progression within a collegiate team-based environmentDuties, Responsibilities & Person SpecificationYou will have a broad range of responsibilities including:Act as transaction manager for your own portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing special purpose vehicles (SPVs);Assist with the management of the day-to-day workload of junior staff;On-board a number of new clients/transactions each year;Demonstrate complex problem solving skills, anticipate issues, lead client board meetings;Effectively manage a busy portfolio of clients with competing deadlines and deliverables;Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high quality, responsive and professional service to our clients at all times;Lead and manage the delivery of internal projects and initiatives as requiredEnsure that key transaction data is recorded and kept up-to-date on internal records;Demonstrates awareness and understanding of legal or regulatory developments and proactively seeks to ensure that the team is positioned to address those challenges; andEnsure compliance with internal policies and procedures, while actively contributing to process improvements within the teamEducation, Skills & ExperienceA minimum of four years' experience in a relevant legal, financial services or corporate administration role is essential;A university law or business graduate, with an excellent academic background;A desire to work in a client facing environment where delivery of a professional service to both clients and other counterparties is of key importance;Strong communication skills, an ability to think on their feet, excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential for this multi-client role;Completion of or currently studying for the company secretarial qualification (Grad ICSA) would be an advantage;Conscientious, organised and a team player who can work on their own and as part of a wider team; andEnthusiastic in nature, with a real interest in learning and developing their skills.BenefitsDiscretionary annual bonus schemeGenerous annual leave allowanceHybrid Working PolicyHealth insurance coverPension scheme after 6 monthsLife AssuranceIncome ProtectionTaxsaver and Bike to Work schemesProfessional Membership FeesSocial CommitteeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeWellness programme
