Lead Business Analyst1-Year Contract – Dublin-Based – Hybrid – Up to €550/dayWe are hiring for a leading client and looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, gather business and technical requirements, and translate them into a prioritised backlog for our development team.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse business and technical requirements and create a prioritised backlog for the development team.Define features and user stories, facilitate backlog refinement, and prioritise work effectively.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.Review product and test plans to ensure business and technical requirements are met.Provide subject matter expertise and support during implementation of new products/services.About You5+ years of experience as a System Analyst with strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical concepts (APIs, databases, CI/CD).High-energy, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience with SQL, project tracking tools (JIRA/Rally/ADO), and Cloud infrastructure is a plus.EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G requiredPlease send your CV to.
