Customer Support Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our Control Tower team in Limerick. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer support activities, handling complex queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with management, internal teams, and warehouse operations to resolve customer issues.
* Provide timely and effective communication to customers via email and telephone.
* Proactively identify and report any system or operational issues impacting customer shipments.
* Compile and review reporting suites for key account customers and DP World business.
* Action customer complaints and implement root cause corrective actions.
* Manage carrier relationships, track open customer orders, and action exceptions.
* Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to discuss carrier and customer performance.
Requirements:
* F luency in oral and written English is essential.
* Previous experience of at least two years in customer service or logistics planning, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and resolve issues.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
