Function of the Department and Main Purpose of the Job:
The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales opportunities by connecting with potential and existing clients through proactive prospecting and telesales activity. A key focus is generating qualified sales appointments for the Sales Team, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities. The role also involves developing positive client relationships to support ongoing business growth and contributing directly to the achievement of company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Prospecting
* Preparation of client call data and prospecting clients in a friendly, professional manner
* Creating sales appointments for the Sales Team
* Dealing with sales enquiries and sales when required
* Customer sales enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, when required
* Taking payment from customers, when required
Sales Team Support & Coordination
* Motivating the Sales Team and coordinating with Management on sales targets and plans
* Scheduling and managing the Sales Team's diaries through Salesforce
* Managing all client relations through Salesforce
* Logging sales in Installation Diary, when required
Client Service & Communication
* Acting as the primary contact, maintaining and developing client relations, and ensuring all queries are resolved promptly
* Opening, directing, and responding to sales emails that come in for Footfall Ltd
* Supporting Administration with answering and directing phone calls
Product Knowledge
* Develop and maintain a strong level of product expertise, training will be provided
* Keep up to date on the technical and quality requirements of our products
