About the Role
* As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
* You will also manage electronic and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Providing administrative support to various departments as needed is another key aspect of this role.
* You will prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
* Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
* E nsure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
* IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
