Project Manager - Finishing
Your new organisation is a main building contractor operating out of Dublin, with over 15 active projects across the greater Leinster area.

Job Description:
As a Project Manager - Finishing, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of a West Dublin data centre project and assisting in the management of various locations throughout Dublin.
This role requires an ambitious, experienced carpenter or foreman looking to progress their career.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing on-site subcontractors
* Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
* Working closely with other management members within the organisation
Requirements:
* Prior management experience in a construction contractor setting
* Experience managing on-site subcontractors for internal works, facade, or groundworks
* Carpentry trade background advantageous but not essential
* Long-term experience as a carpenter/working foreman or Foreman/Finishing position
Benefits:
* Hourly rates of €30-€40 per hour (typically 45-50 hour weeks)
