Applications are invited for the Permanent position of
Clinical Engineer Technician
Essential Criteria
* A Recognised Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (or similar)
* Basic electrical/electronic skills enabling assembly, disassembly and adjustment of medical equipment
* Previous hospital experience and or health services work
* Ability to fault find on medical equipment
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent professional, technical and communication skills are a prerequisite
* Have good communication
Desirable Criteria
* Registered with the Institute of Engineers of Ireland
* Good understanding of patient critical medical equipment
* Strong communications, organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressures and meet deadlines
