Territory Manager
to join their team in West Ireland. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic territory covering both large and companion animal sectors, representing a unique portfolio of science-driven products.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and developing a mixed species territory across West Ireland, driving sales growth across both large animal and companion animal markets.
* Building strong, lasting relationships with vets and key industry stakeholders.
* Leveraging your understanding of the seasonality and importance of livestock health while bringing passion and insight into the small animal veterinary industry.
* Delivering commercial results while championing the science, quality, and value behind an exciting product range.
* Collaborating closely with a small, supportive, and high-performing team where your impact will be both visible and valued.
* Representing the brand at internal and external events, contributing to a strong and credible presence in the market.
What You'll Bring
* Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills.
* The ability to manage your diary effectively, demonstrating strong time and territory management.
* Proven experience in the animal health industry - whether in sales, veterinary, or commercial roles.
* Strong enthusiasm for both large animal and companion animal health.
* A proactive, hungry mindset with the drive to expand market share and grow turnover across your territory.
* A passion for product knowledge and the science behind animal health innovation.

What You'll Receive
* €50,000-€70,000 Base Salary
* Up to 20% of salary OTE
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing each year after 5 years employment)
