* Oversee booking and management of equipment, spaces, and resources for activities.

* Engage with guests to understand their interests and concerns and address them in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is also required.
