The Enterprise Sales Associate is part of the global Digital GTM organization and will team with Account Executives (AE) to drive new sales revenue. The Enterprise Sales Associate has two key functions: 1) Drive business in existing, under-penetrated, and suspect Enterprise accounts; 2) Source net new opportunities through prospecting efforts. Responsibilities include building quotes and proposals, creating strategic account plans, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with the account team, which includes the Account Executive, Solutions Consultant, Solution Sales, Renewal Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development.
This role involves both selling and sourcing deals to foster new business and develop ServiceNow’s next generation of sales talent through a structured development and promotional path.
Every day, you’ll get to:
* Learn from experienced Sales professionals supporting and driving large Enterprise accounts through all stages of the sales process and customer journey
* Build formal networks with key decision-makers and deepen understanding of the sales process
* Prospect under-penetrated Enterprise accounts and cross-sell new business applications
* Provide ‘on demand’ sales support to customers
* Support Customer Success Managers and Renewal Reps to ensure customer health and retention
* Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer businesses and advising on how ServiceNow can support their digital transformation
* Identify the right support resources to involve in deals at appropriate times
* Manage sales processes, close opportunities, and maintain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue
* Invest in personal development through formal training, coaching, and feedback
To be successful in this role, you:
* Have experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s industry impact
* Have established trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
* Have full cycle sales experience for 1-2+ years
* Are coachable and focused on personal growth and learning new skills
* Can understand the broader business context beyond isolated issues
* Are driven and capable of applying complex knowledge effectively
