We are working with an elite international firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Construction department within their Dublin office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join a dynamic Construction team, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters across a range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and procurement. The candidate will work on a wide range of complex transactions and support other departments on construction elements of deals, including Real Estate on forward funding developments and Banking on financing of projects.The candidate will advise on the full lifecycle of projects, including procurement, management of the project, and mid-stream issues, supporting clients through some of Ireland's largest and most complex construction projects.
