Account Executive - Entrepreneur - Southern (Spanish Speaker) at Klaviyo. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and driving results with a focus on closing deals with the right customers and setting them up for long-term success.

Who You Are
* Minimum 1 years' experience carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions (essential)
* Experience selling to Founders/ Business Owners/ Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
* Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders
* Experienced in and highly comfortable with outbounding and have creative techniques/ strategies
* Fluent in English & Spanish (written & verbal)
* Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
* Aren’t afraid to hear no and embrace failure as an opportunity to improve
* Strong growth mindset and continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
* Are encouraging of your team, thoughtful, engaging, and energetic
* Are adept at influencing and relationship building

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
