Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B audiences. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns, enhancing brand presence, and driving high-performance sales strategies for private sale developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and position D/RES as a market leader.
* Collaborate with the D/RES Creative team and external agencies to design, develop, and execute campaigns for Private Sale New Homes Developments.
* Ensure all campaigns are positioned effectively to achieve high-performance sales outcomes.
* Lead initiatives to enhance brand presence and foster long-term brand loyalty.
* Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns that communicate our brand values and project narratives.
* Oversee activity across the entire marketing mix for B2C and B2B audiences.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
* Collaborate with project teams, sustainability experts, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are informed by the latest developments.
* Act as a liaison to ensure accurate and relevant information is communicated through marketing efforts.
* Manage development- and community-specific events and PR initiatives as required.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
* Track and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve targeted growth metrics.
Budget & Supplier Management
* Manage the marketing budget to deliver effective and cost-efficient campaigns.
* Drive cost efficiencies with suppliers.
* Oversee relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
* Provide monthly reports to Senior Management on budgets, leads, and campaign effectiveness.
* Prepare launch strategies for sales releases and manage marketing budget reconciliation and invoices.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 7 years' experience, preferably in Real Estate or Construction marketing.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise, multitask, and troubleshoot.
* Highly organised, innovative, and creative.
* Results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
