ResponsibilitiesProviding general administrative office duties as designated by the Project Manager to support the project team.Maintaining the weekly meeting schedule, including booking rooms, arranging catering/IT, sending notifications, and updating the schedule.Maintaining the correspondence log (emails to/from clients, vendors, etc.
).Issuing project documents electronically.Preparing PowerPoint presentations.Compiling monthly reports for client submission.Organizing inductions and setup for new site personnel (including PCs, phones, etc.
).Liaising with IT to resolve issues.Organizing stationery and photocopier maintenance.Managing hardcopy filing and compiling handover documentation.QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you should have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional office environment with a background in administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A friendly, positive, and flexible attitude towards work.The ability to work independently and on initiative.Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.Why PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed, and driven.
