About the Role
The Registered Nurse plays a vital part in managing the care of residents and providing high-quality, person-centred care.
This leadership role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual needs.
As a Registered Nurse, you will support shift management, ensuring resident safety and overseeing the care staff team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred care to each resident.
* Assess and monitor physical health within care plans, ensuring up-to-date CPA and risk assessment documentation.
* Offer support and supervision to care staff or new recruits.
* Ensure effective communication of concerns relating to resident care.
* Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
* The Right to Work in the UK.
* A good standard of written and oral English.
* Registered Nurse with active UK NMC registration.
Desired Criteria
We welcome applications from candidates with:
* A minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
* Previous care home experience.
* Previous experience working in a care or support environment for people with learning disabilities or complex needs.
