We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets in Co Clare. As a seasoned manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
* To manage the overall performance of our food and beverage outlets, including sales growth, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
* To develop annual budgets for each outlet and work closely with the directors to ensure targets are achieved.
* To lead a team of staff in ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the company.
* To recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with similar experience as a senior manager in a hotel or retail environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities,
a warm personality,
availability to work Monday-Friday from 9-5.30pm.
The successful candidate will also possess industry knowledge,trend awareness
capacity to motivate others,great leadership abilities,warm approachable demeanor,having great verbal/written communication,clean background,respectful manner,prioritizing multiple tasks,eager learner,self-starter,independent thinking,focused on delivering results,a clear vision,knowledge sharing.inclined towards problem-solving providing clarity,value driven,introvert/open-mindset.. They must have relevant qualifications (food/beverage backgrounds)and professional certifications if applicable ,taste current market trends ..
