Their solutions are widely used in pharmaceutical, biopharma, academic, and manufacturing settings, and they are known for innovation, quality, and long-term customer partnerships.
With consistent growth in the Irish market, they are expanding their team and now looking to recruit a Field Sales Representative to manage key accounts and develop new business across North Dublin, the Midlands, and Connacht.
The Role: You will be responsible for managing a range of existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your territory.
You'll be selling scientific and laboratory equipment into a variety of sectors including life sciences, chemicals, biopharma, food and beverage, and academic research.
You'll receive full product training and ongoing support.
Your first few months will involve a combination of office-based onboarding and hybrid working, and once fully trained, you will typically spend 3 days on the road and 2 days working from home.
What We're Looking For: A Ph D, MSc or BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, or a related discipline is strongly preferred Previous field sales experience is a plus, but not essential - this role is also open to scientists or researchers looking to move into a commercial sales role Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical products clearly to both technical and non-technical users Confident, self-motivated, and well-organised Must be based in or able to cover North Dublin, the Midlands, and Connacht Full clean driving licence required The Package: Base Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 DOE Bonus: €10,000+ (Uncapped structure) Company Car Mobile & Laptop Pension & Healthcare 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays This is a fantastic opportunity for a scientifically minded professional to develop a career in technical sales with a well-respected and growing international company.
