Senior Representative, Custody Client Services - Administration and Fee Services
Based in Limerick, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing deep dive review of end-to-end processes, developing efficient solutions and implementing and managing change directly with client relationships and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a team committed to providing exceptional client service to our network of clients.
Responsibilities
* Conducting custody administrative services for both internal and external Clients.
* Client Focus.
* Management of custody fees end to end processing pertaining to custody client services.
* Complete static data updates on internal systems as requested.
* Action requests in a timely and accurate manner from internal and external Clients.
* Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with critical business Partners & other internal groups.
* Ownership of process design and governance documentation.
* Directs, motivates and develops direct report/s, maximising their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team and the wider custody department.
Skills and Experience
* Global Custody operational knowledge with proven Client Service expertise is required.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
* Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
* Ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
* Technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other business areas.
* Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach.
* Ability to work within a team and support junior team members.
* Ability to plan and prioritise their day to day workload to meet client deadlines.
* Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
* Demonstrates an excellent understanding of risk associated with the role.
* A College or University degree is preferred.
