We are currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at a luxury hotel in Co. Sligo. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
* Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
* Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service presentation
* Manage reservations, complaints, and customer feedback professionally
* Monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost controls
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role within a 4*/5* hotel or upscale restaurant
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and reporting
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
