This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Electrical Site Manager to oversee all site elements of electrical projects and ensure that all project deliverables are achieved effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and working closely with the project team to achieve successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ policies and procedures;

* Manage permits and ensure they are in place;
">
* Coordinate on-site plant hire, tools, and labour;
">
* Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks;
">
* Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors;
">
* Execute commissioning and close out plan;
">
* Ensure close out of snag lists;
">
* Attend internal team planning meetings;
">
* Update appropriate information to progress reports;
">
* Communicate changes to the project team;
">
* Project quality reporting and monitoring;
">
* Oversee testing certification and handover;
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* Experience in a Site Manager or similar role;
">
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification;
">
* Experience in managing and leading teams;
">
* Project Management experience beneficial;
">
* Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
">
* Up-to-date manual handling & safe pass certification;
">
">
