The Company:
An established international real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a Junior Asset Manager to join its Dublin-based team. The company has built a strong track record across Europe, investing in multiple markets and asset classes valued at over €9bn.
The Dublin office have approximately €1.3 billion in assets under management across office, retail, and hospitality sectors.
The Role
This role will form part of a dynamic Dublin office responsible for managing assets based in Ireland, Finland, and Norway. The position offers excellent exposure to international asset management, financial analysis, and portfolio strategy, along with regular interaction with tenants, advisors, and 3rd party property management providers. International travel will be required periodically (approximately every 6 weeks), primarily to Finland.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed and supporting long-term occupancy and satisfaction.
Monitor and anticipate key lease and asset lifecycle events including rent commencements, expirations, renewals, and acquisitions.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support asset-level and portfolio-level business planning.
Manage leasing activity, including coordinating marketing mandates and negotiating lease agreements and renewals with tenants.
Support and coordinate asset divestment processes where required.
Oversee and coordinate local Property Managers, legal advisors, technical consultants, and other external partners.
Maintain and analyse key real estate performance metrics, including vacancy rates, rent collection, lease expiry profiles, and rental trends.
Prepare and monitor business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for assets and portfolios.
Participate in valuation and appraisal processes.
Support the integration and operational management of assets following acquisition.
Monitor the technical and regulatory management of properties.
Conduct site visits to inspect property condition, meet tenants, and oversee CAPEX and maintenance projects.
Represent ownership at general meetings and engagements with co-owners or stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Experience in real estate asset management, property management, or investment management.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel internationally on a periodic basis.
Experience with Yardi property management software would be advantageous.
