Pharmaceutical Administrator Role

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative pharmaceutical organisation in their mission to drive excellence and growth.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase orders for site services and engineering, both capital and operational expenditure.
* Order and distribute stationery for the site.
* Process credit card transactions for goods and services required by all departments.
* Resolve invoicing and accounting queries from global procurement and accounts.
* Facilitate new vendor setup.
* Undertake ad hoc activities and projects as they arise.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Able to work well under pressure.
