Responsibilities Managing the front of the shop in the Pharmacy, including all premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC Oversight and responsibility for the branch retail turnover, stock management and profitability to achieve the Group's overall targets High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and the branch Sales and promotions Cash management duties Adhering to company standards and procedures Merchandising and Marketing Responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed Drive community initiatives Skills and Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the sales of luxury cosmetic brands is essential Conducting and leading with excellent sales skills and customer service are required Target-driven and sales-focused Willing to work as part of a team Friendly and approachable Positive attitude A helpful and courteous manner, and customer-focused Two years of retail management experience required Fluency in English Strong organisational and time management skills Work on their initiative and make decisions Commercially-aware Pro-active and energetic, demonstrated by prior engagement in community initiatives Strong administration skills Professional and discreet Ability to adhere to and drive exceptional store presentation standards Empathy and understanding of our customers and each other We are an equal opportunity employer.
