Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* To lead the implementation of our safety management system, contributing to successful project delivery.
* To report directly to the Health and Safety Manager and work as part of the management team ensuring a safe productive work environment.
* To identify site-specific hazards, monitor their enforcement and ensure they are addressed in site documentation and records.
1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in managing safety systems within construction projects.
2. The ability to manage health and safety on-site using initiative with strong relationship-building skills across all stakeholders.
3. Able to chair Health & Safety meetings, make presentations, train staff, contractors etc., providing IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety) preferred but not essential qualification at desired level also crucial with NEBOSH certification highly beneficial for constructing ISO accreditation.
