What You'll Be Doing
* Work extensively and collaboratively with Consulting Engineers and other construction stakeholders to solve customer issues and drive a value based selling proposition.
* Build new and existing relationships with key customers to aid and develop a strong pipeline.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your designated area.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, technical specifications, and their applications to effectively communicate value propositions to your clients.
* Assess customer drawings and specifications and prepare proposal of suitable products.
* Participate in customer focused presentations to promote FläktGroup products within your target market.
* Use negotiation and closing skills to secure projects and meet personal KPI's.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
* Proven track record of at least 5 years in HVAC sales
* Must have working knowledge of the fundamental concepts of heating, ventilating, air conditioning & HVAC systems.
* Strong negotiation skills
* Team Player with strong customer focused attitude.
* Excellent Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
* Ability to travel around Ireland.
* Desire to meet and collaborate with customers on a weekly basis.
