Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is seeking highly motivated and career-driven Junior Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial teams based in Limerick and Mayo. Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
* Supporting the procurement process and subcontractor management
* Monitoring project progress and preparing valuations and cost reports
* Assisting in contract administration and commercial reporting
* Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and financial objectives
Key Requirements:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
* A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
* Full driving licence essential
