As the Finance Manager for FP&A, you will lead strategic budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes that align with corporate growth plans and gross margin maintenance. You will: Present site financial results monthly to the plant senior leadership team offering insights into commercial performance drivers Translate financial objectives for non-financial leaders and help them align their budgets to meet with corporate targets Drive cost saving projects throughout the year to maintain gross margin such as unit cost reduction projects and strategic sourcing initiatives Delve into monthly variances with your FP&A team to unearth root causes and work with department heads to prevent future overruns Scenario plan for capital expenditure projects and review submissions for same across the site Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as A.I. adoption and ERP upgrades This multinational company is woven into the fabric of County Mayo with a bustling manufacturing site which distributes products globally.
