The role sits within Supply Chain Services and focuses on change management for ERP and other Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) platform implementations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns.Conduct organization readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.Ensure alignment of the Program Management Organization (PMO) resources, deliverables, and risk management.Design stakeholder engagement frameworks and drive engagement across key discussions and decisions.Partner with process leads, business owners, and subject matter experts to identify major changes across People, Process, and Technology.Integrate change impact mitigations into project governance and communicate with affected partner groups.Develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan to enable migration to the new platform (e.g., data clean-up, relabeling, inventory counts).Provide proactive, concise communications to key groups and impacted users related to project execution and business transformations.Gauge organizational pulse through dialog, surveys, and other methods to understand external perspectives and opportunities.Partner with leaders to design and deliver curricula and trainings; track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with global Supply Chain experts to design, develop, maintain, and improve global business processes and integration points.Ensure quality delivery of team goals on time and within budget; coordinate project plans, schedules, and results, especially around business simulations and readiness activities.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field). Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Change Management, or similar) preferred.Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives; proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain).Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices; 5 years in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit.Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent); deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain.Hands-on project delivery experience; experience designing and leading operational processes within a global organization.Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to influence and collaborate; people management and development experience.Strong customer focus (internal and external); ability to lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies.Knowledge of standardized work processes, tools, and templates; ERP expertise; experience in a multi-ERP system environment; ability to manage to project timelines in complex environments.Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners. Preferred: certifications (PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci). Prior experience supporting large-scale digital or systems transformations in regulated or matrixed organizations.Familiarity with learning technologies, digital adoption tools, and blended learning models; knowledge of continuous improvement and operating model changes.Language: English required; additional languages preferred for global role.
