Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming service calls efficiently.
* Schedule field service engineers to meet customer requirements.
* Liaise with customers on callouts, updates, and service resolutions.
* Ensure accurate charging for all service activities.
* Assist in preparing quotes, tenders, and document management.
* Provide administrative support including sales admin, customer reception, and office operations.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service or administration experience.
* Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
