We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a leading international provider of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering solutions.
This position will be based on a pharmaceutical project in South Dublin City.

Roles & Responsibilities Ensure that all quality-focused activities comply with local health, safety and environmental policies to safeguard staff, craft labour and visitors.
Conduct risk assessments of quality processes in conjunction with EHS teams.
Regulate, control and continually improve the quality of all administrative and craft processes across the business, including support for third-party accreditation audits.
Manage the audit schedule across all group activities and ensure non-conformances are rectified, verified, and addressed with appropriate control measures.
Produce quarterly audit and findings reports for Directors to support continuous improvement.
Oversee the development and execution of electrical installation standards, specifications and codes.
Maintain internal systems and procedures to meet evolving requirements of certification bodies, clients and business operations.
Review quality-related sections of tender documentation.
Ensure systems and procedures are in place to satisfy client requirements and audit expectations.
Lead a distributed team of Quality Personnel to achieve quality management system targets.
Provide training to Quality Managers on system use and compliance.
Perform regular internal and process audits of the IMS, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are tracked and closed.
Hold an annual Quality Management Review/Seminar.
Report monthly performance, achievements and required actions to senior leadership.
Hold quarterly performance meetings with the wider Quality team.
Identify business improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
Develop, implement and manage KPIs for relevant areas, ensuring performance targets are met and accurately reported.
Qualifications / Skills Required Bachelors degree (Honours) in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in Management or Quality (desirable).
Minimum 4+ years in a Quality role within construction or related sectors.
