A reputable fit-out contractor with key projects in Galway is seeking an experienced Fit-out Site Manager to join their team. The client is a well-established contractor specializing in Retail & Leisure Projects. Key Responsibilities The successful Fit-out Site Manager will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Specific duties encompass: Site Operations & Management: Day-to-day management of site operations from inception to completion, including overseeing site logistics, deliveries, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Communication: Effective liaison with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other project stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates. Problem-Solving: Early identification of potential issues or technical difficulties, and developing effective solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines. Required Experience & Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Management role with a main or fit-out contractor, possessing proven experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects. Background: A relevant trade qualification, such as a carpentry/joinery background, is often desirable.
