The role offers significant exposure to senior decision-makers and the ability to play a key role in both deal generation and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead origination efforts, building and maintaining relationships with developers, sponsors, intermediaries, and key market participantsSource and evaluate new development finance and real estate credit opportunities across target sectorsConduct detailed credit analysis, including underwriting of complex transactions and risk assessmentStructure and execute transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and presentation to Investment CommitteeActively manage portfolio exposures, including performance monitoring and proactive credit managementMentor and develop analysts and associates, contributing to a high-performance, collaborative team cultureKey Requirements5–8 years’ experience in real estate finance, private credit, investment banking, or corporate finance, with exposure to development or structured lending preferredStrong track record in origination and execution of credit or real estate transactionsAdvanced financial modelling and credit underwriting skillsCommercial mindset with the ability to assess risk and structure flexible financing solutionsExcellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders or investment committeesProfessional qualification (CFA, ACA, or ACCA) is highly desirableSelf-starter with the ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environmentPlease note that, due to the high volume of applications, only candidates meeting the above criteria will be contacted.
