Mentor and guide a team of BDRs that support Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.Lead by example—demonstrate best practices in partner engagement, pipeline development, and execution.Help refine the program structure and operational processes.Source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound programs. Understanding customer needs and requirements.Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.Own the value proposition, collaborating with Google and partners on sales opportunities.Enable Google, and partners on value proposition and sales tools tohelp them identify, qualify, win opportunities and maximize profits.Collaborating with marketing and business development teams to helpincrease product awareness and demand.Provide joint product and program expertise and engage key people andteams for general and escalation inquiries.Help the account teams understand what is working, feature gaps, and guide them on alternative approaches and potential solutions that work today provided by Google, and/ or partners.Maintain an understanding & knowledge of how to position against competitive products.What you will need to succeed?:3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, Partner Management, or working in a similar industry.Sales, communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management experienceFamiliarity with cloud platforms, ISVs, or Saas environmentsAbility to present technically to both small and large audiences virtuallyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure in evolving programsWhat We Offer:In our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:Comprehensive VHI Health cover from day oneStructured training & career development opportunitiesPaid birthday leavePersonal Hardship Loan ProgramMental health and 24/7 employee assistance programTop-performer and tenure awardsThe pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €55,000with an additional variable bonus component of €5,000.There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
