Mentor and guide a team of BDRs that support Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.Lead by example—demonstrate best practices in partner engagement, pipeline development, and execution.Help refine the program structure and operational processes.Source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound programs.
