Role Purpose
As our Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the practice, leading your team, shaping performance, and ensuring every client receives first-class care from the moment they walk through the door.

Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Coaching, supporting and developing a high-performing team
Managing stock, budgets and key performance metrics
Ensuring compliance with professional and company standards
Creating a positive, professional and collaborative workplaceAbout You
You're a confident leader with a passion for optics and people.

Experience in optical retail management

FBDO qualification (desirable, Not essential)
