Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Café Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, meeting operational standards to maximize sales and profitability, all while maintaining costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the standard of customer service and presentation in the unit.
* Develop and maintain excellent communication skills with senior management.
* Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
* Prepare and assist with food preparation, setting up and merchandising counters.
* Develop an efficient cleaning schedule to ensure regular and systematic cleaning of equipment.
* Monitor and deliver the HACCP program.
* Place product orders with suppliers and control waste in the unit.
* Adhere to specifications, standards, and procedures.
* Provide ongoing staff training and motivate team members.
* Plan and implement an efficient work schedule.
Requirements:
* 1 year of previous experience in a similar environment.
* Experience managing a similar-sized restaurant or corporate catering unit.
* HACCP and Food Safety training.
* Advanced level of English and professional manner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work 5 days over 7.
